Job summary

Accor's Sydney Olympic Park precinct seeks aVenue Manager to lead The Brewery Bar + Kitchen, overseeing busy food and beverage operations, gaming and events. You’ll drive guest experiences, coach a high-performing team, and coordinate large-scale events from floor to behind the scenes.

Ideal candidates have proven venue leadership in high-volume settings, strong licensing knowledge, and NSW RSA/RCG certification. NSW working rights required; evenings and major events availability expected.

Qualifications

Experience managing high-volume hospitality venues such as pubs or large-scale events.
Strong understanding of liquor licensing and gaming compliance.
Current NSW RSA & RCG certificate.
Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day venue operations including food, beverage, gaming and entertainment.
Lead, coach and develop a high performing, inclusive team.
Drive exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
Liaise with local authorities for approvals on extensions and activations.
Coordinate security and ensure compliance during large events.
Organise agency staffing for peak periods and major events.
Drive venue promotions with Sales & Marketing on activations.
