Job summary

Australian Department of Employment and Workplace Relations – Bondi NSW is seeking a User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) Designer to join delivery teams building enterprise-class systems in a Microsoft/Azure environment.

You will collaborate with Service Designers, Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners in an agile setting to advocate for and craft user experiences, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI design within enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate user needs into interfaces and workflows.
• Familiarity with wireframes, low/high fidelity prototypes, and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, planning, and estimation sessions.
• Conduct user-centred UX/UI design across products.
• Analyse information to develop user interfaces and prototypes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide design guidance to teams.
