Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a seasoned network and unified communications specialist to provide advanced technical advice, direction, and support within a large, complex IM/ICT environment on the Gold Coast. Your role covers design, integration and documentation across data networks and UC systems to ensure timely, high-quality services.

You will supervise a small technical team, guide 2nd level support, and contribute to performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical expertise in data networks and unified communications.
• Experience designing and provisioning complex ICT integrations in large environments.
• Evidence of supervisory or team-lead responsibilities in a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level technical advice in data networks and UC, including design and documentation for complex installations.
• Supervise a small team to deliver 2nd level support and incident resolution.
• Document and maintain data network and UC infrastructure within the Digital Partnership Team.
• Contribute to monitoring, reporting and recommendations on enterprise infrastructure performance.
• Provide input into ITIL-driven change, problem, capacity, incident, risk and continuity planning.
