Job summary

NSW Health is seeking an experienced Senior Unified Communications Engineer to lead delivery, support and strategic evolution of enterprise communications across NBMLHD hospitals and facilities.

You will oversee PABX, VoIP, SIP infrastructure, call centres, and mobile services, ensuring secure, reliable UC solutions that support patient care and clinical teams. Eligibility for Australian health sector roles applies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Unified Communications in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with PABX, VOIP, SIP infrastructure, trunks, call centres and related technologies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for UC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle management and operational support of enterprise UC environments.
• Design, configure, implement and support call centre features and SIP integrations.
• Drive service improvements and platform modernisation across the district.
