AngloGold Ashanti is seeking an Underground Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the underground electrical maintenance team at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. The role reports to the Underground Maintenance Superintendent and operates on an 8 days on/6 days off FIFO roster, with flights from Perth/Kalgoorlie.

Key duties include delivering safe, compliant maintenance, planning and scheduling work, and coordinating with mining and mechanical teams.

Formación

• Hold a WA A Grade Unrestricted Electrical Workers License; Cert IV in Instrumentation a bonus.
• Eligible to be an In-House Electrical License nominee.
• S26 is required.
• Experience with maintenance planning/scheduling in CMMS, preferably SAP.
• Extensive mining industry maintenance/installation experience, underground hard rock preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Project).
• Experience with underground high voltage reticulation planning and design.
• High Voltage switching certificate and RMU supervision experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise underground electrical maintenance team and ensure development to full potential.
• Hands-on maintenance work when required and coordination with mechanical and safety teams.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and mine crews for power planning and infrastructure upgrades.
