The role requires 5+ years in similar roles, extensive Jira/Confluence experience, and strong portfolio scheduling capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role supporting large-scale technology transformation projects.
• Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence; Atlassian plugins knowledge is mandatory.
• Portfolio and programme scheduling experience; ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and report on the progress of the overall programme and the data migration project stream, identifying risks and adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensure programme documentation, plans and reports are accurate, up to date, and communicated regularly with stakeholders.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues; keep senior CRP stakeholders informed.
• Engage with vendors to ensure contract compliance and delivery aligns with transformation objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to support adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
• Monitor governance, issue management, decisions and change control across the project.
• Maintain deliberate communication with key stakeholders to drive delivery and alignment with change initiatives.
