The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) seeks a Senior Executive Officer in Training Accreditation Services (TAS) to lead a small team in delivering accreditation for training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

The role involves extensive stakeholder engagement, committee management, policy input, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a fixed-term opportunity and potential extension. A flexible hybrid work model is offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small TAS team to plan and deliver strategic and operational support for accreditation programs.
• Provide expert advice on accreditation criteria, standards, and processes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate committee support and management activities to ensure robust, compliant decisions.
• Manage scheduling of accreditation activities and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and manage risks and escalate issues as required.
• Represent TAS and the College in meetings and events.
• Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives within TAS.
