HSBC Australia is seeking a Test Manager to shape and lead end-to-end testing across the delivery lifecycle within a banking context. You will coordinate across Business, Operations, IT, Compliance and third parties to ensure compliant, fit-for-purpose solutions and transparent governance reporting.

The Test Manager will be a key member of the Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) Transformation team, accountable for shaping and leading the end-to-end testing approach to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, operationally safe, and compliant with HSBC governance expectations.
Working with stakeholders across Business, Operations, IT, Compliance and third parties, you’ll develop and execute an integrated test strategy and plan, coordinate cross-functional test delivery, manage defects and quality metrics, and provide transparent reporting to programme governance to enable timely, well-controlled releases.
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
