Job summary

ANCA Motion is seeking a Test Engineering Team Leader to oversee validation of motion control systems and automation products. You will mentor Test Engineers, establish a culture of quality and traceability, and define verification strategies to ensure production-ready results.

The role requires collaboration across engineering teams and a focus on process improvements to maximise reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Software, or Control Systems Engineering.
• Experience leading engineering or validation teams in industrial or automation environments.
• Strong understanding of system-level testing and product compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Test Engineering function for validation of motion control systems and automation products.
• Mentor a team of Test Engineers and promote quality and traceability.
• Define verification and validation strategies and drive testing process improvements.
