The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to improve product reliability and performance, with a focus on delivering production-ready, high-quality engineering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Software, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading engineering or validation teams in industrial or automation environments.
• Strong understanding of system-level testing for embedded products and product compliance obligations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and deliver industrial products to market.
