Job summary

LDK Seniors Living is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the business analysis stream for a major programme across care, clinical and corporate functions. The Canberra-based, 12-month fixed-term role requires strong stakeholder engagement and documenting business needs for approval.

You will partner with care teams, executive leadership and PMO governance to deliver options, risks and business cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years business analysis experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role on complex systems and transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering business analysis on resident management, care management or clinical care platforms.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, process analysis and gap assessment through to formal approval.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping, data quality and migration, systems integration and business case development.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders from care teams on the floor through to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, documentation and approval of functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Map current business processes across care, clinical and corporate functions, and identify opportunities to simplify and improve.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with operational, clinical and executive stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritise requirements.
• Document business rules, data requirements and process impacts to support data quality, integration and solution design activities.
• Contribute analysis and findings that inform options assessments and business case development.
• Provide leadership and quality assurance across the analysis stream, including risk management, stakeholder engagement and mentoring of Business Analysts.
• Operate within PMO governance, including change control, risk, dependency and status reporting.
