Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst and Senior Solution Design Manager in Canberra, with work across Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. The role offers a 12 months contract with extension options and requires holding minimum Baseline clearance.

You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, define strategic ICT application services, and lead deployment of future enhancements.

• Use performance indicators, progress against outcomes, and quality assurance reports to inform future planning and strategic direction.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with other service providers and agencies to build service delivery capability.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes and attend interagency forums to influence business outcomes.
• Oversee, review, and advise on technical and corporate written material.

• Must be hold Minimum Baseline clearance

FinXL is currently seeking a Lead Systems Analyst and Senior Solution Design Manager who operates with a significant degree of independence and high level of autonomy. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into technical requirements that align with relevant architectures. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and articulating strategy, delivering all ICT application services to achieve strategic objectives, and leading the deployment of future enhancements to existing ICT solutions.
