Atom Resources is seeking a General Superintendent to lead on-site operations for major FRP, substation and reinforced concrete projects across Australia. You will oversee multiple crews and subcontractors, ensuring safe, on-time delivery with high quality standards.

Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in temporary works, formwork systems and large multi-disciplinary teams, and be a strong communicator guiding project stakeholders in remote or rostered environments.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent on major civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Manage supervisors, foremen and subcontractors across multiple fronts.
• Oversee complex FRP and reinforced concrete structures.
• Coordinate temporary works and advanced formwork systems.
• Drive construction and commissioning of substations and energy projects.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to high quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve challenges while maintaining momentum.
• Promote a positive site culture focused on safety and performance.
