A leading mining consultancy in Western Australia seeks a Senior/Lead Project Engineer to drive feasibility studies and bridge project execution. The ideal candidate has over 10 years' mining experience, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and a proven ability to collaborate across disciplines. This role offers a competitive salary of A$220,000 - A$250,000 per annum and opportunities within a dynamic team focused on growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Mechanical Engineering degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in mining with an EPC contractor or operator.
• Strong studies background, particularly in iron ore mining or processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive feasibility studies across mine development.
• Oversee inputs from geology, hydrology, pit design, and engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align studies with business objectives.
• Support transition from study to execution with project management.

Skills

Mechanical Engineering degree

Minimum 10+ years’ mining experience
