Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to join our 10-year program of works for the City of Gold Coast. You will lead a self-perform team and subcontractors on civil projects, focusing on water retaining structures, safety, quality and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven leadership of on-site teams on civil projects.
• Strong focus on health, safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-perform team and subcontractors on site.
• Manage civil concrete structures and piling activities.
• Coordinate multiple cranes and on-site activities.
• Enforce safety controls and SWMS compliance.
• Report incidents and participate in investigations when required.
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines.
• Plan, monitor daily resource costs and toolbox talks.
