Job summary

Genus Services is seeking an experienced Stakeholder and Land Access Manager to join our team in North Sydney. You will oversee stakeholder engagement and land access activities to support telecommunications project delivery, ensuring compliance with the Telecommunications Act 1997 and relevant environmental and native title requirements.

The role coordinates third-party engagement across Land Access, Environment, Indigenous Heritage/Native Title and works with planning, design, and construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and land access within telecoms.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for land access.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate stakeholder and land access activities across projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and authorities.
• Engage landowners and Indigenous/Traditional Owner groups.
• Coordinate meetings and surveys with stakeholders and specialists.
• Manage external consultants to support deliverables.
• Resolve stakeholder and land access issues or disputes.
• Identify issues impacting stakeholder relationships and elevate.
• Negotiate and present to stakeholders to support project objectives.
• Work with project teams to optimise land access processes.
• Coordinate environment, heritage and Native Title activities as required.
• Provide leadership on Environment, Culture, Heritage and Compliance.
