Qualifications

• Trade qualified Sous Chef with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and lead the team.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation across dishes.
• Supervise staff and coordinate food preparation activities.
• Plan, develop and cost menus; manage orders and deliveries.
• Maintain cost controls and relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Ensure HACCP and OHS compliance and safe handling of food.
