Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within construction.
• Trade background in carpentry or related discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and schedule.
• Stable employment history with residential construction experience.
• Current Australian motor vehicle licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple jobs concurrently, on various sites.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification.
• Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and workmanship across all sites.
• Build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Monitor project progress, site presentation, and defect management.
