Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Lead Site Supervisor Commercial Construction based in Sydney to coordinate Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery from installation through handover, acting as the main on-site liaison for contractors and hospital stakeholders.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, conduct inspections and commissioning, and build strong relationships to keep projects moving safely and in line with

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years coordinating site-based projects, installations, or contractor-led activities.
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• Experience with project schedules, site documentation, and contractor coordination processes.
• Eligible to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor-led Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with Project Managers to support delivery from installation through handover.
• Serve as the on-site contact for contractors, builders, hospital reps and internal teams.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support smooth project delivery.
• Monitor progress against schedules and manage project risks.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, quality checks and commissioning activities.
