Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Project Site Supervisor in Sydney to partner with Project Managers and deliver Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the on-site leader, building relationships with contractors, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

You’ll coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities while driving progress and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site-based projects, installations, or contractor-led activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach across multiple teams.
• Experience managing project schedules and site documentation.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence with ability to travel across Australia and New Zealand.

• Coordinate contractor-led Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects from installation through to handover.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, hospital representatives, and internal teams.
• Act as the go-to person on-site, resolving issues and keeping communication flowing.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, quality checks, and commissioning activities.
• Support smooth project delivery while creating a positive experience for customers and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Experience coordinating site-based projects, installations, fit-outs, construction works, or contractor-led activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A collaborative approach and confidence working across multiple teams
• Experience managing project schedules, site documentation, and contractor coordination
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel regularly throughout Australia and New Zealand
