Job summary

SEE Civil, part of SEE Group, seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a Major Works Package on site. You will manage daily civil construction operations, coordinate field crews, subcontractors, plant and equipment, and ensure work is delivered safely, to contract, and on schedule.

You will provide practical leadership to Leading Hands and crews, resolve on-site issues, and maintain a positive, productive environment across day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering civil construction projects.
• Experience as a Works Supervisor on at least four projects of similar scope.
• Civil construction experience across roadworks, plant operations and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead in live traffic and complex delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, program and coordinate daily site activities in line with the construction program and approved work methodologies.
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, plant, materials and equipment for delivery across day and night shifts.
• Lead construction crews and support project staff with technical or complex issues.
• Monitor subcontractors and site activities for ongoing compliance with HSEQ, quality and contractual requirements.
• Manage site costs, productivity and resources to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with the project team on scope changes, variation pricing and forecasting.
• Ensure adequate resources with qualified personnel for the works.
• Identify productivity improvements to reduce costs without compromising safety and delivery.
