Australian Metal Recycling (AMR) is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to own the Dubbo yard and run it effectively. You’ll lead the site team, oversee receipt, sorting and processing of scrap metal, and coordinate transport and outbound loads.

You’ll also be responsible for buying scrap over the weighbridge, building supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and seller identification, transaction records and cashless payments.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience running a site, depot or crew.
• Scrap metal or related industry experience is highly desirable.
• Strong commitment to safety and doing things properly.
• Commercially minded with good judgement on buying and pricing.
• Motivated, practical and decisive.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising and leading the site team.
• Overseeing receipt, sorting and processing of scrap metal.
• Coordinating transport and outbound loads.
• Buying scrap over the weighbridge and building supplier relationships.
