Job summary

Lendlease Corporation in Adelaide, SA, is seeking multiple Site Supervisors to drive delivery of our long-term pipeline. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and manage short-term programs, costs, QA and EHS compliance.

To succeed you should hold a trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction, with 5+ years in a site-based role and strong WHS knowledge. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Lendlease SA are currently looking for multiple Site Supervisor's to drive the delivery of our long-term pipeline with projects north of the city. This role will see you supervising daily site activities and coordinating structure's sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities, as well as developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project QA, and EHS requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management.
• Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation.
• Conducting site inspections and report progress to senior supervisors.
• Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow.
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials.

About you

• To hold, or be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
• Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role Strong nderstanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable).
