Job summary

Georgiou is seeking experienced supervisors to join our Infrastructure team on projects located both North and South of the river. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and materials to deliver high-quality outcomes while meeting safety and project targets.

Reporting to the superintendent, you’ll ensure effective communication with Project Engineers, subcontractors and clients, maintain productivity, and uphold Georgiou’s zero-harm commitment across

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisor experience in infrastructure, subdivision, Water Corporation, or greenfield development projects.
• Strong ability to monitor a section of work and coordinate resources to deliver on time and budget.
• Engaging and driven leadership with focus on high safety standards.
• Experience managing a large work crew and planning projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant, equipment, materials and resources to meet program targets.
• Coordinate people, plant and materials to safely deliver high-quality outcomes across projects.
• Monitor progress and opportunities to improve productivity and delivery while ensuring HSEQ compliance.
• Communicate effectively with Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
