Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Deputy Site Services Manager to lead site services and camp operations for a large-scale project in Western Australia. You’ll coordinate accommodation, travel, and essential services to support a disciplined FIFO workforce, while aligning with HSE standards and project budgets.

You will work closely with the Site Services Facilities Manager, contractors, and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery across all site facilities and operations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in site services or camp management.
• Experience with large FIFO operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of HSE and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver site services contracts, including scope, tender evaluations, risk assessments.
• Coordinate mobilisation and onboarding, travel, and accommodation.
• Manage accommodation villages, camp operations, catering and cleaning.
• Oversee workforce travel and transport services, including flights and bus operations.
• Coordinate site service contractors and interfaces with construction teams.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost control for site services.
• Support governance, KPI monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement.
