Hatch is seeking a motivated Health and Safety Coordinator in Australia-Asia to support regional safety systems, governance and reporting. You will learn to manage documentation, reports, incidents and training materials while developing core H&S competencies within a global engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional seeking a career in health and safety.
• Interest in safety systems, governance processes and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Health and Safety Management System and Safety Information System (iPasSM).
• Coordinate regional health and safety documentation and registers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly safety reports with statistics and inspection data.
• Assist with incident reporting and corrective actions closure.
• Support training materials, inductions and project-specific safety documentation.
