Job summary

Campbell Property Group AU – Baulkham Hills NSW is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of homes in Western/South Western Sydney. You will be the primary contact for trades, suppliers and customers, guiding the build from tender through handover.

You’ll oversee budgeting, scheduling, quality control and compliance, ensuring a smooth customer journey and timely completion across multiple sites within the Western/South Western Sydney region.

Qualifications

• Previous home builder experience.
• Experience using technology/software.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communicator with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build trust throughout their build.
• Educate customers on the building process and milestones.
• Maintain regular contact with customers.
• Allocate trades to ensure a continuous flow of work on site.
• Attend site visits to check progress and quality.
• Oversee payments to suppliers and contractors for completed work.
• Complete inspections from slab to handover and rectify as needed.
