Clarendon Homes is part of Campbell Property Group and seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee the build of customers’ homes in Western/South Western Sydney, serving as the primary contact for trades, suppliers and customers throughout the construction journey.

You will manage trades, monitor progress to quality and timetables, conduct site visits from slab to handover, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth build journey.

• Engage with customers to build trust and rapport throughout their build.
• Educate customers on the building process with clear milestones.
• Maintain regular and proactive contact with customers.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks in the customer journey.
• Manage a portfolio of home builds.
• Review tender, contract, plans, variations, colours schedules and details.
• Allocate trades to maintain workflow on site.
• Attend site visits to ensure progress and quality.
• Oversee payments to suppliers/contractors and ensure budgeted expenditure.
• Complete inspections from slab to handover and address rectifications.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and escalate customer issues as needed.
