Job summary

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction Team in Western/South Western Sydney. You’ll oversee home builds and serve as the primary contact for trades, suppliers and customers throughout the construction journey.

This is a collaborative, customer-focused role where you’ll manage trades, review plans, ensure quality, codes and timelines, and keep stakeholders informed from slab to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience using technology/software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to follow defined processes and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build trust and rapport throughout their build
• Educate customers on the building process and milestones
• Maintain regular and proactive contact with customers
• Identify and resolve roadblocks in the customer journey
• Manage a portfolio of home builds
• Review tender, contract, plans, variations and colours schedules to ensure clarity
• Allocate trades to maintain workflow on site and coordinate with the trades team
• Attend site visits to verify progress and quality against requirements
• Ensure works are ready for next trades and arrange timely rectification
• Approve payments to suppliers/contractors and monitor budgeted expenditure
• Complete inspections from slab to handover and address rectifications promptly
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to update customers and resolve issues
