Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Foreman to lead day-to-day site operations on the Garfield Road East Upgrade project. You will supervise crews and subcontractors, set direction, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to plan.

Working with the Project Manager and engineering team, you’ll identify risks, plan activities, and maintain clear communication with on-site teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in civil construction.
• Strong leadership and on-site management skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and communicate with engineers and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors across multiple work fronts.
• Coordinate activities in line with program, quality and cost expectations.
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions to keep work moving.
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to plan and deliver activities.
• Maintain strong communication with teams and stakeholders on site.
