Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd is seeking a Foreman in NSW to lead day-to-day site operations for a major Eastern Region Construction project. You will supervise crews and subcontractors, coordinate activities with the project program, and drive safety, quality and efficiency on site.

You’ll identify risks early, collaborate with engineers and planning teams, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to keep works moving and on track in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in civil construction and on-site delivery.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors safely.
• Strong practical, hands-on approach with good decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently
