Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Foreman for our Eastern Region Construction project in NSW. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and work with the Project Manager and engineers to deliver work safely and to plan.

This site-based role requires a practical, hands-on leader who can set direction, solve problems on the ground, maintain clear communications with teams and stakeholders, and sustain high-quality outcomes on a large, high-profile upgrade.

To support the successful delivery of this significant project, we're seeking a Foreman to join our Eastern Region Construction (ERC) business in NSW. This is a key site-based role where you'll lead from the front, bringing your experience and practical approach to drive safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Working closely with the Project Manager and engineering team, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site activities, setting clear direction for crews and subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to plan.

• Work closely with engineers and project teams to plan and deliver activities
