Evolve Scientific is seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor for its plastics manufacturing facility in Pemulwuy, NSW. The role leads the 3pm–11pm afternoon shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production targets on a high-volume blow moulding line.

You will manage an eight-person team, optimise line performance, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate maintenance while upholding WHS and Food Safety standards in a modern plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably plastics.
• Background in blow moulding or injection moulding is ideal.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with safety, quality, and WHS standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the production team on shift (8 staff).
• Allocate daily tasks and labour resources.
• Monitor machines for safety and efficiency.
• Record downtime, cycle times and production performance.
• Coordinate maintenance and troubleshoot equipment faults.
• Complete shift handovers and production reports.
• Manage rosters and overtime requirements.
• Maintain WHS, Food Safety, and Quality compliance.
