AustCorp Executive is seeking an experienced Lead Technician / Site Supervisor to own installation projects across Melbourne. You will lead a small crew on site, act as the technical link between project managers, clients and technicians, and ensure quality electronic security installations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronic security with senior/lead technician experience.
• Experience leading site installations or coordinating a technicians team.
• Knowledge of enterprise access control and IP CCTV systems; IP networking skills.

• Work with Gallagher, Integriti, Genetec and Milestone platforms.

A leading electronic security integrator is looking for an experienced Lead Technician / Site Supervisor to take ownership of installation projects across Melbourne.

This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team, lead projects from start to finish and play a key role in delivering quality electronic security installations. You'll lead a small crew on site, keep projects running smoothly and act as the key technical link between the project manager, clients and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installations, coordinate daily activities and allocate work across the crew.
• Install, program and commission access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and intercom systems.
• Work across enterprise platforms such as Gallagher, Integriti, Genetec and Milestone.
• Interpret technical drawings and assist with scheduling, materials and project variations.
• Conduct quality checks, testing and commissioning, ensuring a smooth client handover.
• Mentor junior technicians and support the ongoing development of the team.

About You

• 5+ years' experience in electronic security, including senior or lead technician responsibilities.
• Experience leading site installations or coordinating a team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of at least one enterprise access control platform and IP CCTV systems.
• Confident with IP networking and troubleshooting.
• Current Victorian security installer licence.
• Open Cabler Registration, White Card and a current driver's licence.
