Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of research analytics, insights and performance reporting.
• Oversee analysis and reporting supporting rankings, external assessments and research benchmarking.
• Partner with research leaders to identify priorities and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Develop performance measures and reporting frameworks to inform planning and investment.
• Improve data quality, governance, dashboards and access to trusted insights.
• Manage, mentor and develop a data analytics and insights team.
• Build productive relationships across the research community and communicate complex findings clearly.
• Direct experience in research analytics and rankings is essential for the role.
• Proven experience advising senior leaders on performance, benchmarking and strategic decisions.
