Job summary

AAR Consulting Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced leader to head its Research Insights & Data Analytics team. You will guide a small team, translate complex data into clear insights and collaborate with the research community to support informed decisions.

This role combines data analytics leadership with specialist knowledge of research performance, analytics and rankings, and requires strong stakeholder engagement with senior researchers and IT partners.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in the research sector, with knowledge of research analytics, performance measures and rankings.
• Must have research industry experience from either: Higher Education, University or Scientific industries
• Strong data analytics and insights expertise, supported by experience leading an analytics team.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including working directly with research professionals and senior leaders.
