• Proficiency in building and refining management reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of three analysts, coordinating priorities and deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful financial insights and enhance reporting.
• Strengthen reporting processes, drive smarter commercial decision-making, and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and leverage approved AI tools.
• Provide analysis across practices, matters, pricing and profitability to support strategic decisions.
