Buildcorp is offering hands-on Area/Site Supervisor positions on live remedial and facade projects in metropolitan Sydney. You’ll own your patch, supervise trades, manage safety, quality and programme delivery, and work alongside a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Lead safety on site and supervise subcontractors within your area.
• Ensure quality and programme compliance with project plans.
• Manage materials, equipment and labour to deliver the programme.
• Maintain daily site diaries, inspections and inductions.
• Attend client and internal meetings and contribute to issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety within your area and conduct HS&E inductions for subcontractors.
• Monitor safety, quality and progress against the project plan.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and labour to meet the schedule.
• Maintain site diary entries and carry out site inspections.
• Support meetings with clients and internal teams as required.
