Qualifications

• 3+ years in Reconciliations or Treasury Operations in a supervisory role.
• Proven coaching and mentoring of mid to large teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry and trends.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem solving.
