Job summary

You will lead product development, ensure QMS and ISO17025 compliance, and partner with engineers, contractors and internal teams to deliver practical technical solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Geology, Materials Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in quarrying or construction materials industries.
Experience leading product development and quality management in quarry environments.
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, TMR, Austroads and ISO 17025 quality systems.

Responsibilities

Drive innovation through research, material investigations, lab testing and field trials.
Provide technical guidance on quarry products, material selection and specification compliance.
Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, TMR specs and ISO 17025.
Analyse laboratory and production data to identify quality and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with customers, engineers, contractors and internal teams to deliver technical solutions.
