Sekisui House in NSW is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for premium residential developments. You will review specifications, conduct site inspections across all stages, and act as the liaison between drafting, construction and external stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in residential construction or warranty leadership, strong NCC, Australian Standards and WHS knowledge, and proven leadership to coach QA Officers and drive quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Residential Construction or Warranty leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of architectural documentation and terminology.
• Knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and WHS in residential housing.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative problem-solving.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Inspections & Sign-Offs: Conduct comprehensive technical inspections across building stages and lead QA handovers.
• Process Management: Oversee end-to-end QA framework aligned with national benchmarks.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Coach QA Officers to maximise productivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Construction Director to align construction and warranty teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to product development, R&D, and rectification planning.
