Cluey Learning is seeking a Call Qualifier for a two-month max-term contract in Sydney CBD with hybrid work. You will be the first contact for families, qualifying inquiries, and transferring to specialists or booking consultations for the closing team.

The role requires strong communication, discovery skills, and the ability to manage CRM with precision. You will work 2 days from home and 3 days in the Sydney CBD office, with full working rights in Australia.

Formación

• Experience in lead generation and qualification for education tutoring services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections and move conversations forward.
• Comfort with CRM input and accurate call logging.

Responsabilidades

• Call and qualify inbound and warm leads from parents enquiring about tutoring
• Run discovery conversations about year level, subjects, and results
• Read the moment and decide the next step: live transfer or booked appointment
• Handle objections with empathy and confidence
• Hand over clear notes on the child's needs for the next conversation
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
• Hit weekly call, transfer and conversion targets
