Job summary

The York on Lilydale is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, delivering high-quality pub classics with a modern twist for our local community. The role demands hands-on leadership, a passion for great food, and the ability to drive a cohesive kitchen team within the Endeavour Group network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen in a pub or similar venue.
• Trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications required.
• Passion for creating food that locals talk about and leading a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Command the kitchen like it's your own, keeping it running smooth, safe, and profitable
• Be a key part of the leadership crew, working closely with the Publican and FOH team
• Share your passion, skills, and creativity to grow a high-performing kitchen team
• Keep the connection between the kitchen and front of house flowing with good vibes and great food every shift
