Job summary

Endeavour Group’s Oxford 152 in Bulimba is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, drive profitability, and deliver standout pub classics with creativ e flair. You’ll oversee daily operations, partner with FOH and the Publican, and mentor a dedicated kitchen team in a vibrant, community-focused venue.

You’ll bring trade cooking qualifications and robust food safety certifications, with a hands-on approach and the passion to elevate guest experiences every shift.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of a kitchen with physical tasks (lifting/moving stock)
• Trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications required
• Lead and grow a high-performing kitchen team
• Collaborate with FOH and Publican to ensure smooth operations
