Job summary

Greenwood Tavern is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, delivering pub classics with a focused, hands-on leadership style. You will drive kitchen performance, mentor a team, and maintain strong linkages with FOH to ensure consistent, high-quality plates.

The role offers a base salary from AUD 95,000 plus super, bonus and group-wide discounts within the Endeavour Group network. This is a high-visibility position within ALH Hotels and the broader brand family.

Qualifications

• Must have trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications.
• Proven leadership experience in a kitchen environment.
• Hands-on cook who can manage stock, prep, and service.

Responsibilities

• Command the kitchen like it's your own, keeping it running smooth, safe, and profitable.
• Be a key part of the leadership crew, working closely with the Publican and FOH team.
• Share your passion, skills, and creativity to grow a high-performing kitchen team.
