ALH Hotels is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The York on Lilydale – a vibrant pub dining hub where classic dishes meet modern plates locals can’t get enough of. You’ll command the kitchen, collaborate with the Publican and FOH team, and build a high‑performing crew while keeping operations safe, profitable and flavourful every shift.
