Job summary

Learning Links is seeking a Principal Psychologist to lead psychology practice, quality and innovation across our services. The role provides clinical sign-off authority within delegated governance and requires shaping clinical models, service design and standards across NSW centres and schools.

You will lead innovations, maintain governance frameworks, and ensure compliant, evidence-based practices while travelling to Learning Links centres and community locations.

Qualifications

• recognised psychology qualification and current general registration with AHPRA.
• substantial senior experience in psychology practice involving children, adolescents, families or schools.
• demonstrated leadership in clinical governance, quality assurance, professional standards and clinician capability development.
• ability to design, improve and implement clinical services, pathways or quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and publish a Psychology Practice Framework defining the clinical model and professional standards.
• Act as sole authoritative point of clinical sign-off for psychology matters.
• Lead pipeline of psychology service innovations with clear evidence and safety requirements.
• Keep SOPs and protocols current and applied across clinical workflows.
• Analyse clinical outcomes and quality data to drive change in service design.
