Job summary

PeopleSense by Altius is recruiting a Principal Psychologist to lead a team of psychologists and deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology services in NSW, Australia. The role is based in Penrith, Parramatta or Sydney and offers leadership opportunities, professional development, and a supportive, high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a psychologist with full registration with AHPRA and eligible to work in Australia.
• Experience leading a team of psychologists and supporting their development.
• Ability to obtain a national police check and hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of provisional, registered, and clinical psychologists.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to staff.
• Deliver evidence-based psychological services including EAP counselling and workplace interventions.
• Oversee clinical supervision and quality assurance to maintain service delivery standards.
