Job summary

Settlement Services International (SSI) is seeking a Part-time Child and Family Lead Psychologist to provide clinical leadership, supervision and trauma-informed care within the Multicultural Child and Family Program. • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice, child protection and risk reporting.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision, guidance and support to a small team.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in multicultural family services and/or NDIS services will be highly regarded.

Are you an experienced psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, young people and families from culturally diverse backgrounds?

SSI is looking for a Child and Family Lead Psychologist to provide clinical leadership, supervision and support within our Multicultural Child and Family Program. About the role

In this part-time role (3 days), you will lead and support two psychologists working within SSI’s Multicultural Child and Family Program. You will provide clinical guidance, supervision and trauma-informed support, while also contributing directly to psychological assessment and intervention for children and young people when required.

You will work closely with case managers, carers, families, senior leaders and external stakeholders to support safe, high-quality and culturally responsive practice.

This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane, with hybrid working arrangements available.
