Job summary

AIP Group is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead vegetation management, civil works and utilities projects in the NSW region. You’ll be on site and in the office, directing field teams and subcontractors, maintaining schedule, budget and quality, and driving safe delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ project delivery experience in civil, utilities or vegetation works.
• Proven ability to build, manage and recover project programs.
• Strong budget management – cost control, forecasting, variations and reporting.
• Solid understanding of utility environments (overhead and underground) and safety compliance.
• Project Management qualifications and/or strong industry experience.
• Current Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project program to keep works on schedule.
• Set up and control project budgets, track costs and forecast.
• Report on program, cost, and productivity to clients and leadership.
• Manage projects end to end from tender to handover.
• Lead subcontractors and site teams to deliver safe, compliant work.
• Coordinate approvals with utilities, engineers, and env consultants; manage WHS and risk.
